Modern hotel, great restaurant
This is our second time at Costazzurra, we loved it and we come back for the great restaurant and nice welcoming.
It is a family run resort close to the beach and near the valley of temples.
We also appreciate the modern room, wide parking and the relaxing spa jacuzzi.
We will come again next year.

Want to feel cheated?
Want to feel cheated? Go to Hotel Costazzurra iin San Leone, Sicily. Our family stayed there in April 2004, in four rooms. We made a last-minute reservation from Siracusa, because the hotel we planned to stay at was temporarily closed. We asked about good restaurants and were told it was theirs - with no mention of one of the best restaurants in Sicily, Leon d'Oro - in the same town! One daughter was charged an additional half-room rate for the 15-month-old baby, who had her own collapsible crib, and for a breakfast, because they asked for milk for her. (They had her food.) In asking around, I discovered we paid more for our rooms than two Italian couples of about our age, as well as a young Alpini and his bride. We raised a fuss, of course, but only received an abusive barrage of almost unintelligible Italian. Not a pleasant experience. Fortunately, all our other hotels and pensiones
were wonderful.
