A wonderful, centrally located hotel. with a very helpful, gracious staff. I especially appreciated the charm of the courtyard. Parking was easy and secure.
The food was excellent,
The room was beautifully decorated and most comfortable, very quiet, and afforded a great nights sleep.

A three night stay with young children was made enjoyable with the lovely staff, good food, great facilities. Good value for money. We would definitely go back.

An old hotel, very basic. Expensive for what you get. Last time i stayed there there was no room in the main hotel so they put me in the annex which is attached to the side of the hotel but they didnt tell me till i arrived and they still charged the full rate even though I wasn`t in the main hotel. When i came back that night the doors were locked and it took me an hour knocking on the door before i woke the porter up. I was freezing and soaked to the skin. Really bad experience.

excellent standards all round- accomodation, food was outstanding with loads of second and third helpings!! and beautiful decor, staff also helpful.

Recommeded Restaurant If you get a chance visit 'La Bella Vita' . Its a fantastic Italian Restaurant in Westport Town

Avoid this hotel, its a health and safety risk Check out rooms and corridors/facilities first. There no fire escape in upper rooms with no window that can open out.wires and building material trailing around corridor's water in bathroom is contaminated with a dirty water supply that is smelly and yellow in the bath, no phone in room 600 as well unfinished room. you have been advised.

Eating Out We had the best meal in our lives at The West Restaurant - simply excelent and great value for money
