Terrible service for our wedding reception

We got married at Roganstown in mid April and although most of the night went well, they completely ruined our day by some disgustingly poor service towards the end of the night! Two of their staff were extremely rude to ourselves and wedding guests and only topped their rudeness with their total incompetence! If you are considering Roganstown for a wedding reception, think long and hard! They ruined our day and really don't seem to care!!!!!

Stayed in Roganstown - beautiful countryside setting, luxury bedrooms - michelin star standard restaurant - a SPA out of Heaven and a Golf Course that ranks with the best I've played - They also have an amazing gym and leisure centre - wonderful spot for a break or for business traveller to Dublin - 5 minutes from the airport but only 10 miles from City Centre so within easy reach but luxury and service that you can't find in city hotels.

The staff who served the guests on the day were so professional and anything we asked for we got. Couldnt fault them in any area at all. We had a bar extension and there was sandwiches made for us for the guests (we didnt request this, but they provided it free) and they also did the same in the residents bar downstairs when the guest who were staying moved down there.
The Bridal Suite was amazing. And the breakfast in bed the next day was delicious.
The place also has beautiful grounds for photos and our photographer made the most of the beautiful landscape and the japanese gardens nestled in the middle of the hotel. You also get a meal on your 1 year wedding anniversary which was also beautiful.
I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!! Roganstown is one of the most beautiful wedding locations EVER. The guests even commented on how lovely it was, as not many even knew it existed.
