no hot water and rude staff

I was atteding a wedding in the afternoon (thankfully not in the same hotel), the wedding party palyed golf in the morning and returned at 1pm and there was no hot water and we were told "thats just the way it is" the room was above a night club and he staff didnt say please or thank you as they demended the 200 euro on check out, i wouldnt send my dog to stay there. for example a pint glass was broken outside our room on the firday night and was still there on sunday
