Just back from lovely week-end with my hubby nice hotel,friendly staff,lovely food,good entertainment. Great base for exploring.

The staff were young and mostly foreign but they were helpful, pleasant and hard working and had obviously been very well trained. Without exception they made you feel welcome and that it was a pleasure to serve you. The food was excellent and plentiful and more was offered all the time. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with plenty of storage space and scrupulously clean. We were very impressed with the hotel, as were all the members of our party of 12 people, and I spoke with several other members of our coach party and they agreed. The evening entertainment was unexceptional, but it was early season and not many people stayed in the hotel in the evening, so there wasn't much of an atmosphere, but he kept playing anyway. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and it was the saving grace of a very difficult fourteen-hour journey for all elderly and several disabled people, including my husband.

looking for a spouse come in september if you are single as there is a world famous matchmaking festival going on but book early as i believe it gets very busy,apart from that the place is fairly low key with some enetertainment in some pubs and hotels
