Gorgeous Hotel

Upon arrival, the girl behind the desk couldn't be more helpful. After checking in, we were more than happy with our hotel. The one draw back was with ours being a smoking room, the views weren't good - but we weren't there for the views anyway. Couldn't fault the staff (except for one girl who wasn't the nicest, but thankfully we only saw her once on the stay), the rooms were beautiful and food was just to perfection!!

6 of us came for New Year and we had a wonderful time. The rooms were excellent. Unfortunately one of our party were disturbed by the noise of the nightclub but were shifted immediately with no fuss. The staff were excellent. The food was excellent as was the atmosphere.
We'll be back.

Picked this hotel on recommendation, as there for a wedding. A very central good, light, spacious, friendly and first rate hotel. Having free underground and rear parking at the hotel was a bonus for us. Had 2 rooms which were first class and the bathroom was spotless with good fluffy towels. Our extended family also had rooms and staff gave us a private room for dinner for 16 the 2nd night which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay again. Only reason for not giving a 10 is that the ladies loo by the downstairs bar had not been cleaned or checked by mid morning of our last day - and it needed it!

Arrived at this hotel after boat being delayed and meant to be travelling to Gweedore, we arrived in Letterkenny @ 0130 in the morning, and with 2 kids aged 7 and 4 they were sleeping in the back of the car! The man in reception was so helpful and kind, we booked in at the last minute! In the morning the Staff at breakfast couldn't do enough and with no COCO POPS there and my son wanting these, they went and got them for him with no hassle or bother at all and they all had a smile! Great hotel would recommend to anyone.
Letterkenny meets New York in style

On returning to Letterkenny to visit family and friends for St. Pat's weekend we booked into the fully re-built, splendid Gallaghers Hotel.
We were really impressed with the stylish contemporary interiors with luxury fittings and fixtures including heated towel rails, flat screen tv's and a/c in all rooms. The restaurant has a modern bistro feel and as usual the Mcgee group staff provide excellent service and top quality food at a reasonable price.
