The cuisine on offer for the luncheons,bar-snacks and evening meals all reflected favourably the wide availability of Fresh local produce and were , to our experience. cooked to perfection. my wife , Phil, is rather fond of seafood and was able to have a different and equally delicious fish dish each night of our three day stay. The meals are served in a pleasantly decorated dining room which had a quiet yet busy ambience about it, the staf fall every eager to ensure all the gueats gastronomic and liquid needs were atteneded to without being overly intrusive . The three night stay cost us 79 euros per person which was for bed and Breakfast and a 5 course Gourmet evening meal and was to us excellent value for money, ina beautiful hotel set in one of Ireland's most relaxing ,picturesque and tourist friendly areas.
