The staff were courteous and helpful at all times

I stayed at thr Knock International Hotel for two nights in June. The hotel seems to have most of there rooms on the ground floor which was great, as one in our party was is a wheelchair. I found the service in most areas of the hotel great housekeeping, reception, and restaurant staff. Extra pillows or towels were no problem for the staff. Location wise it is on the Main st in Knock. The hotel is in walking distance to Knock Shrine, Post Office and the shops. To the left of the hotel there is a large car park and play ground. Parking is free. Overall I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a good standard.

The hotel was ideal for a family stay. There arranged to have our rooms beside each other. Expect a friendly welcome. Room only was only 40.00 for two people!!!
Great staff, rooms good value and a nice hotel

I stayed in the hotel on the June bank holiday weekend, My friends also joined me in the Knock International Hotel. My room was nice for a wheelchair room also, which had an open floored shower room so after having a shower if you walked in to the toilet again your feet would get wet. The staff were courteous and helpful at all times which was great as it was a busy weekend for the hotel it seemed. Room rates were good value. The hotel is very central and in walking distance to Knock Shrine Post Office and the shops. On leaving the hotel I notice a large car park to the right. There was no charge for parking. I would stay in this hotel again.
Knock pilgrimage

I booked this hotel for accommodation for a pilgrimage as the other hotels were fully booked. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Its decor is a bit dated in places but if you can overlook that you'll see a clean, warm and comfortable place to stay. We stayed for two nights at 40.00 euros each for bed and breakfast. The breakfast was a bit basic, no fresh fruit or rolls/croissants but was satisfactory.
There is no lift at this hotel as all the rooms are on the ground floor.
The most impressive aspect of this hotel is the staff. They are friendly, very helpful and are a big asset to the hotel.
All in all it was a great stay, we all slept well as the road beside us seemed quiet and we will be back!

The hotel was lovely, really nice. Staff were very nice and well trained, I was very impressed with how friendly they were. The food at the function we attended was beautiful and service was fast.Hotel in a great location and is really comfortable, modern, clean and it's also a bit of a bargain.
Beware!!!

Other reviewer was spot on. The damp smell must have been coming from the wet beds. The food was awful, what more can I say! I hope this place isn't recommended by the tourist agency.
Bottom line...would we go back? Definitely.

Stayed at days for 3 nights at the end of Aug...Excellent !
We are in the hospitality biz ourselves & I have to say that if there had been any issues the staff more than made up for it. They got the age old formula spot on...keep the kids happy & the parents will be happy! We booked directly with hotel. Food is at a level i would describe as quite good for hotel grub. Location is just a stones throw from Knock Church, big car park beside hotel. Bottom line...would we go back? Definitely.
