This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. For 165euro I got a room with no toilet roll or towels (I had to contact reception), I requested that my breakfast be delivered to my room for 10am, at 10.15 I contacted reception where I was told there was a short delay, at 10.45 I rand back and was told that I had already received my breakfast, while I tried to explain that I hadnt I was transferred to the kitchen where I was told again that I had received my breakfast. After again explaining that I had not received it they sent it up. However whilst on the phone I could hear the reception staff saying to each oth that I had received it. Whilst on the phone I knew the staff did not believe me and felt totally mistrusted. For the price of the hotel the quality and service was just not up to scratch.
