Urine soaked bed

Myself and my 2 sisters and a friend stayed here for 1 night we booked 2 rooms they both had a single and a double bed, I was shocked at how much repair was needed and how dusty and dirty the hotel was, 1 room had a great big damp patch on the ceiling and it looked like it was about to collapse none of the radiators worked and the walls and floors were uneven but as we were only staying the 1 night I didn't mind as long as the beds were clean I spoke too soon after returning late from the night out myself and my sister went to our room and when my sister pulled down the covers to get in to her bed it was soaked with what I can only assume was urine I couldn't believe it and the mattress didn't even have a protective sheet on it, we went down stairs and called the door man who when came up to have a look accused us of doing it ourselves saying there was no way the bed was wet when it was made and was very rude I had words with him but I might as well have been talking to myself so much for the customer always being right, he couldn't move us to another room as they were fully booked so I stayed in the other bed and my sister had to sleep in the other room with our friends, when I told the barmaid the next morning she was very nice about it and said the manager would be in shortly to talk to us about it but he never showed up or maybe he just didn't want to face us so she took our details said he would contact us about a refund that was 4 days ago now and no word. I would never recommend the hotel to anybody how it was passed ill never know, the only good points were the food was lovely and the staff were very nice well expect the doorman and its right in the centre of all the pubs and shops.
