Exciting, comfortable and friendly hotel. Breathtaking views of the estuary. Highly recommend. This is the real Ireland in all its glory. A+++++++++++++++

Absolutely Disgraceful Hotel

What a FILTHY DIRTY HOTEL. Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever been in. A total rip-off hotel. They are basically robbing the tourists. They charged me 120.00 Euro per night on the basis that this was a top class hotel with loads of services (according to their website). The website claims that the hotel has been recently renovated and that they have all hotel services; well this is not true. The rooms are very basic with filthy dirty bathrooms. The doorframes are falling off the wall. There are no services in the hotel. No room service, No lunch service, No heating in the rooms (unless you phone reception to turn the electricity on). The cleaners dont change the linen or pillow covers. It says there is bar food from 1pm till 9pm, which is a lie. There is none. No Staff all day. Basically this hotel takes your money and doesnt deliver. I changed my room when I arrived because the one they originally put me in was filthy and the second one was not much better. If you want my advice stay well away from this hotel. Its amazing that FAILTE IRELAND supports this type of daylight robbery. Words of warning DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THE WEBSITE SAYS because IT IS ALL LIES. STAY AWAY.
