I have stayed at Casey's Hotel on several occasions, when on business in West Cork. This is one hotel I really look forward to arriving at. The staff are wonderful and the food is some of the best I have come across in Ireland. Not the pretentious '...resting on a bed of..' stuff, just very good, high quality & tasty.
I am due back there next week unfortunately I can't be there on Sunday as the roasts are not to be missed. FIRST CLASS
