It's not the Hilton but a great place to stay, and been back 6 times in the last year. As I was working in Galway, the staff are great and the locals are ace. Nice one Anthony

Had a great stay there, if you are used to the size of rooms in most of ireland, you will find this a great place. The walk was a great way to see Galway & Salthill. It has an older crowd in the pub, but a nice way to learn what Ireland was like a few years ago. Thanks Anthony & Crew

Wards Hotel was disappointing in every way. Most offensive was the high price for a dingy room. My husband and I misread the reservation and thought the price for one night was our total (2 nights), and I still thought it was overpriced for what we got. A small and charmless room high over a mediocre pub, and a 10 minute walk from ANYTHING. The en-suite shower was foul and didn't drain properly. My worst hotel experience. Unless there's a serious renovation, great deal or new management, stay away!
