On arrival, we were told of breakfast times, where to go for breakfast, where residents bar was and how to contact reception on the room phone. We had two rooms, one twin, one double, which included an extra single bed. Rooms bright and comfortable. Each room had a kettle, teabags, coffee, sugar and biscuits. A nice touch after travelling. We had a telephone, remote control teletext t.v., complimentary bath/shower gel and soaps.
Reception phoning taxis and giving directions was no problem to them, very helpful and pleasant receptionists, Claire and Danielle, nothing was too much trouble for them.
I was very impressed with the Waltons and will be back.
