Great value for money. Don't expect the Hilton though. Great for live Irish music at weekends. Drinks moderate prices for Dublin. Staff helpful & friendly. Keep off the 1st floor at weekends, especially rooms 101 & 103 as there is a disco until 2.30am at weekends & you will not get to sleep unless sloshed. Breakfast ok. Would stay here again.
Disgusted

The hotel left alot to be desired as it was in the heart of Dublin and we expected a much more pleasant experience. We stayed one night and paid(and waited an eternity for breakfast) which when it arrived was so small and revolting it was not worth it, the milk was off the cereal stale and the cooked Irish breakfast an insult. The waiting staff were late getting everything ready and were rude, we nearly missed our ferry back to the UK because of them. The room was dirty and scruffy. The only redeeming thing was the bar was friendly and eager to serve. However, I would rather have slept in our car!!!!

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOTEL AND STAFF WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND ESPECIALLY GIRL AT RECEPTION WHEN WE WERE THERE. I do not know her name but she was on duty on Thurs 21st and Fri. 22nd. She was the most helpful and pleasant girl I have met at any reception.
Location great - room dirty

The location of this hotel was excellent - everything within walking distance. We picked this hotel based on reviews we read over another hotel we were looking at. Once I got there, I wish I had picked the other hotel. I disliked the room we recieved - booked a room that was suppose to have a double and twin bed and instead we got 3 twin beds. The carpet was gross, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Didn't dare walk around without shoes on. The toliet ran constantly and the sink didn't drain. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.
Great location/staff

I'm on about the full Irish breakfast, is this an Irish joke or what? 1 oily egg, 1 strip of oily bacon, two stomach ache causing miniature sausages, semi toasted white bread (only white bread) and burnt coffee (o, and a thin slice of black pudding to make it Irish).
If you skip breakfast and do not stay on the street side of the hotel then its fine staying here!!
Very friendly staff!!!!

This hotel is in a lovely clean location by the Trinity college away from the bustle of Temple Bar but still only a 5 minute walk to it. Hotel double room was very small not enough room to walk around bed or get changed! But was ok for the money and would probably stop here again!

The staff were so friendly and the hotel was in a prime location. We had a room above the bar at night there was no noise even from the main road. Were here for a concert and in the bar until the morning. Breakfast was lovely rooms large double and single bed in room. I would stay at this venue every time we come down to Dublin. Excellent.........

Just returned from a weekend in this hotel. The best: location, worst: it's a bit noisy (but not too much). Staff were kindly. Try their Full Irish Breakfast.... AMAZING! Highly recommended

Temple Bar A great place to visit on a boozy night out and a definate must, but watch the pennies!! At a steep 15 euros for two drinks it can get a bit pricey. We stayed for a few, had a wander round, took in the sights and then found a wee little Irish pub with proper traditional Irish music and decent prices and it was fab!!
