Stayed in hotel with my wife and another couple and the midget bouncer at the door wouldn't even let us in the bar or club for a drink. This happened 2 nights in a row. Rooms are small. We left and went to the Morgan

The worst hotel I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. Hotel/Rooms were far from clean. Staff unfriendly. Curtain in room hanging off/ shower curtain stained and tiles off wall. Rooms a disgrace/ sheets not clean. Maybe near city centre, but should not be classed as a hotel.

Friendly above and beyond the call of duty

Stayed there for 2 nights, and apart from the localities parking problems, which are not the hotels fault, had a superb stay. The most friendly hotel I have stayed in, with all the staff going out of their way to help and make us feel welcome. I cannot understand the negative comments ref the breakfast, as I thought it was first class. I imagine continental tastes might want something more like home, but the hotel is in Ireland, and dishes up the biggest best breakfast you can imagine. I would not even look elsewhere when returning to Dublin.

Dublin Citi hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in Dublin in the heart of city centre & temple bar our stay was just excellent that we did not want to go home, rooms were spotless, food excellent, staff in the bar excellent and so friendly door staff were so friendly and made so so welcome night life great night club also there we were so well looked after well done to management for a job well done.

Dublin Citi hotel, thanks to every one there. You made our stay so welcome and had a ball, bar staff could be a little friendlier if they were as friendly as the door staff 10 out of 10 they were the best door staff I ever seeing anywhere, well done lads. Hotel rooms lovely, nite club great. Hope to see you soon.

Well a few of us stayed at the above hotel back in august 06, we had a very good time and no problems with anything, rooms were spotless, food excellent, staff were excellent, the bars were great and spotless, toilets spotless, up stairs bar was lovely to relax in after walking around city all day, we will be back to the hotel when we return to Ireland hope you find this useful Linda UK

well stayed in Dublin Citi hotel last week sept6 well it was the best stag I was ever at we never left the hotel everything we wanted was there hotel what I say of it was lovely, food excellent, bar staff one of them could smile now and again but rest of them were great, door lads were great laugh, will be heading back for the next stag see you soon.

i stayed for three nights with a group of people, we had the best laugh ever, there was even a night club there free admission not just for us but for every one, the general manger even le us bring in a male striper for the hen, all staff including door men went out of there way to help in anyway. will be back.

hi, I stayed at Citibank hotel now known as Dublin Citi Hotel, what a nice place you want to check it out yourself, great night life, nite club vip bar and a public bar it is one fine place all under one roof, staff excellent food excellent rooms you would eat your dinner of the floor, door staff chatting to every body smiling all the time (change for door staff) he was single to!!!! Will be back fine place

Rooms clean, no air com had to leave window open, on busy street next door to temple bar that is what we wanted, we all had a ball would stay again staff excellent food dont no much I slept it infor b/fast, pints were good and the cocktails. It also has a night club down stairs nice place plenty of tallent good looking bouncers, hope to be back on a hen night again.
