Stayed there on oct10th to 12th and was really pissed off. Had 1 hot shower in 3 days and that was in someone else’s room. They took the easy option and gave us a free dinner. Reception also couldn't understand me as they had very poor English. There is a nightclub down stairs and we were on the 2nd floor and things moved in our room till 2.30am when it stopped. They have said if we stay again we could have free dinners or something. As you may have guessed I won’t be staying there again. Also made a phone call in room but there was no info on charges and to find out it cost me 40 euros, I wasn't on the phone 10 mins.**** poor

I was transferred to this hotel after an over booking with the Clarion Hotel Stephens Hall. I asked for a quiet room at the back of the hotel and was given a room directly over the DISCO that started at 01.30 and very poor nights sleep resulted. I would advise against staying with this group of hotels their treatment of guests is sub standard.
