The service was good and the staff very friendly. The breakfast left a lot to be desired although plentiful was poorly cooked. The central heating wasn't working in our room and we were supplied with an oil filled radiator which did not heat up the room and we were extremely cold when we returned after a day out. We had tried leaving the heater on all day to warm the room but this was turned off while we were out.

Had a double room for four nights. Decor a bit shabby but towels and bedding very clean. Staff were great, breakfast good. Don't know who does the maintenance but shower looked as though it had been grouted with a spoon. Food in bar was ok, as was entertainment. Basic hotel that can be noisy, but handy for city center and pretty reasonably priced.

Great location and staff were very friendly especially the hot bouncer.... We was 4 young girls and they did put us in a room which had no window and stunk of chip fat so when booking make sure you dont ask for the family room.
But apart from that it was great, food, location, people.

I'd read mixed reviews on this hotel but can say it's great.Myself and two friends have just come home from a great weekend in lovely Dublin. Staff very polite and friendly. Breakfast good. Room perfectly fine and clean. If you don't like noise could be a problem but location is fantastic- can't get any closer to the centre!

We have just come back from this hotel and for a basic hotel in the heart of Dublin, 5 mins walk from both Graffton Street and Henry street it is Ideally situated. The staff are very friendly and helpful the service in the dining room is very good (although it is a bit small) the food is of a high standard both in the bar downstairs and in the hotel. There is live entertainment in the bar every night Irish singing and dancing. If you want a posh hotel and peace and quiet this may not be for you but if you want to use the hotel as a base to sleep in after the entertainment it is worth a visit.
