Room ill equipped, phone to reception not working. Windows don't close. Lift very noisy all night. Girl on Desk pleasant, but no help to show or help my partner take bags to room on top floor. Barman was very offensive to customers and when I spoke politely to him he just shrugged and said "Then why don't you stay somewhere else next time?!" Then he spent most of the night at the bar hatch chatting to his 2 lady friends. I would never stay here and will in fact be advising anyone I speak to who is coming to Dublin to stay well away from this Hotel. This ruined our weekend.

I did not have to go there to realise how very unpolite is the manager and also that she is a thief. I called exactly 55 hours before my date of arrival to cancel my reservation so it should be free of charge. (written on my reservation) But the Manager said she does not agree and that she will charge me for the first night. She even hanged up on me. I guess the reputation of the hotel is SO bad that they just try to get every penny they can from the customers, knowing that anyway, they will never come back.
