Travelodge Dublin Castleknock Hotel Dublin

I stayed here in October 2006, the place was clean, tidy and the staff were immensely helpful especially the receptionist lady, (red haired), sorry can't remember the name! The breakfast was really good especially at that price. It was a convenient, carefree, easy located place. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were helpfull with any queries we had and the room was clean and tidy. We were very happy overall with our stay at the Travel Lodge.

We tend to choose travelodge as a reliable place to stay with our two young children when we are travelling. Most of the time, we're quite happy. The standard set by other travelodge hotels was not met here. The room was cold when we arrived. The decor and the furniture was run down and un-inviting. The 'restaurant' situated near the hotel was closed and so we had to head back into Dublin for our meal. All in all, this was an unsatisfactory stay and has made us wary of pre-booking with travelodge in the future.
