Terribly rude spot with no atmosphere

I stayed in this hotel on business, and although nice enough decor they didn't have any hot water. After little sleep I got up to a cold shower and had to rinse my hair in the sink with a cup as it was too icy to rinse my hair in the shower. This is bad enough but when I complained they couldnt' have cared less and were downright rude. the hotel manager John said he wasn't in the business of renting rooms without hot water and that was it. This room cost 160 euros not cheap, I wasn't offered a refund, an apology or even a apart refund to make it right in anyway. No wonder tourists complain of rip-off Ireland!

I even saw the manager be rude to the bride. I have never encountered such a money grabbing heartness hotel with no pride or attention to their customer service.
I really hope another good wedding spot opens nearby so these people are put out of business.
