Top Local Tips for Carrigaline

South Coast Villages of County Cork Take time to wander along the south coast of Cork, where you will discover many pretty villages like Glandore, Castletownshend, and Rosscarbery.

The Shakey Bridge - Cork - Ireland The Shakey Bridge in Cork is a wonderful old Suspension Bridge over the River Lee. It joins Sundays Well to the Mardyke and Fitzgerald's Park. Aptly named as it shakes as you walk or jog across it! It is at the most picturesque part of the River too.....Can take one from the City Gaol to the Museum in the Park, to the Glucksman Gallery in the College campus, on to Elizabeth Fort via St. Finbarr's Cathedral...past Beamish & Crawford back to the city centre and English Market (the Hot Dogs mmm - or Quay Co-op for a cool Vegetarian bite to eat!!
