We stayed two weeks at the Carraig, and it was wonderful. The wait staff could not do enough for us. We have family in Carrick on suir, and we love the town and all the people there were very helpful. We went to Dublin to a 5 star hotel and the service was not that good. They could take a lesson from the staff at the Carraig.

There is a mid-week business reduced rate which is good value for a nicely decorated and cosy room with high standards of cleanliness.
The dining room with its tiled floor is a bit cold for morning, but service and food was good. The nice chef was a real plus, offering all sorts of goodies to tempt me, although I only wanted porridge and one egg. Good value
