I don't know what the others are saying with their reviews. myself and a group of friends stayed in cosmos for a weekend there in May, best craic ever the place is spotless lovely and modern it looks like a real snobbish place but its not the staff are sound, the craic is brilliant great juke box, we stayed up in the residents bar all night drinking, missed breakfast, but we were looked after we got a free lunch instead, Cosmo Browns is much better than Dinn Ri complex by Milews. We're all going back in September for a friends stag. Very impressed.

I stayed here on a stag weekend and we had the best time ever. The staff where all so helpful especially the receptionist who turned out to be the manager we found out later. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we sent the hen party down the next week and they said they had a better time than us. The residents bar went till the last person went to bed of their own accord. The rooms where great we stayed in a triple room and could not fault it in anyway. Well done to the two new lads running this place, as they know how to look after their guests. Lads we will be back....soon I hope.

Hi All. We stayed at Cosmo's and we had a great time, don't no where the others are getting their reviews from. New carpets, the room all around was like new, it must of changed hands and by the look of things it got into to the hands of good owners. It was lovely I have to say, and will be back.

As I walked through the doors of the hotel, ok, I'll re-phrase...As I climbed over two gentleman repairing the main door on the way in I was then greeted by a receptionist who did not know how to work the computers and it was utter Chaos at the desk. Bearing in mind, I was the only one staying in the hotel, which I was gladly informed of by the 'receptionist'. He continued to tell me that the hotel was under new ownership etc etc etc...and it wasn't his fault. Piece of advice (Do not open a hotel until it is fully functional, I paid the price for the room for entertainment purposes. Worst experience ever. I would definitely go again to see if things have got better, is it still open????!

This is one of thee most friendlest warmest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were out of this world, especially the young handsome nightporter. He was efficent, friendly and very reliable. The drink was perfect, food was better and the room was glourious. Cosmo Brown At The ritz is perfect for any one, of any age, at any time.

We were on a hen night and really enjoyed our stay. The new owners are really nice and would like to go back there again.

I would never return to this hotel having spent the weekend there. The standard was appalling. The room was very dirty. The carpet was filthy in my room and consisted of ashes on the ground and a cigarette butt. The walls being a beige color were dirty and in badly need of re painting in my room and also right through the corridors in the hotel. Being a frequent traveler around Ireland, this is by far my worst experience to date
