WE stayed here for the weekend with our 2 young kids and we did find the hotel rooms to be spacious and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and very friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The only downside was the queue in the mornings for breakfast trying to keep two young kids still for about 15 mins in the queue was a hoot!!!! The food was worth the wait for though it was lovely and they catered well for the kids and had plenty of highchairs and provided the cot for the room and bedding if you needed it.
The pool was great too for the kids although my little 1 year old boy found it too cold. The sauna was great!!!
My only complaint of this hotel was the noise. Our room was above the bar and when the live music was on it was vibrating into our room and was very noisy. Also the music from the niteclub could be heard in our room. If we had been staying another few nights I would def have asked to be moved. There were some very noisy guests on our floor too, which was a pain.

Overall I would recommend this hotel for staying with a family and it is very central and handy to all that Bundoran has to offer but do ask for a room away from the bar!!!!!

I went with my partner and my three young sons the rooms were warm and well equipped with plenty of space for three boisterous young boys the food was excellent and they catered well for the quirks of children's appetiser one of my boys is a very picky eater but the staff took it all in their stride and were very accommodating to him. The leisure facilities were brilliant and complimentary to hotel guests. The whole hotel was spotless and there was entertainment on in the lobby at night for the children and the children's club was excellent in variety of activities for the children and the staff were caring to each child. Overall the whole hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a young family.

Poor standard for a hotel

We found this hotel of poor standard we arrive to stay for 1 night we booked into the resturant for evening meal but the food was tasteless. We had breakfast the next morning to find a 15min wait to ge into the dining room this was due to bad management as there were lots of vacant tables that hadn't been cleared. We'll never be back .

Pubs... The chasin bull is great craic, great atmosphere... If you like cheesy karaoke go to the Kickin Donkey - pure cheese but a great laugh!

Good but limited nightlife Check out the cocktails in the Holyrood Hotel, pubs like The Chasin' Bull and The Kicking Donkey are also excellent. Top notch Karaoke in the Kicking Doneky. Nightclub Fusion has very dance related music, full of boys though!
