I stay in hotels alot and this had to be one of the worst EVER, V unprofessional and unwelcoming reception and bar staff, Rooms are like something from the 1950's, the smelt of damp, and the decor was rediculous,it also had the smallest TV i have ever sen and only had 2 or 3 channels--> how this is a four star hotel i dont know ! The only reason i have given it a 4 rating is because the food and service in the restaurant were outstanding, i will return to the restaurant for a meal, but that is all.

Room & facilities very good. Staff well trained & friendly. Can't wait to go back this year.On previous years groups I have been with have all given this hotel a very high recommendation.

Just booked this hotel by chance and was very impressed, loved the accommodation and food and the location was unreal. Staff were very friendly and hope to get back soon

Very disappointing

I was extremely disappointed by the hotels condition and room state. It requires a lot of updating and attention. The condition of the pool & spa was also concerning. Some of the hotel staff were very unprofessional and rude. The only good thing the hotel had in my opinion was the restaurant and its staff. The food and service we had was excellent. The hotel overall was very poor.

Stayed recently and found the hotel to be quite relaxing. Service was good and enjoyed being served by a small young fella who couldnt have been more than 14 or 15, he was a character and made me laugh made me feel at home. Definitely recommended.
