Don't stay here. It is like a comedy of errors. I experienced dirty toilet bowls (brown solids floating in the first room's toilet and dirty toilet paper in the second room they moved me to), lack of basics (bins, working TVs, remote controls), things falling apart (door handle came off in my hands when I went out the door!!!), lack of non-smoking rooms (don't be fooled by them sending the house keeper up ahead of you to remove the ashtrays.. this place has no non-smoking rooms), draughty windows, ancient lumpy and pokey mattresses. Don't waste your money and go elsewhere. The shiny facade has destroyed an old house and scratch at it and you'll find decay.
