We have just stayed at the Gullanes Hotel for 3 nights, one of which was a family wedding. The service is second to none and they really do go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the wedding runs as smoothly as possible and that all guests are catered for. If you are looking to stay here, do not be put off by the 2 stars. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped and very clean. I have stayed in 4 star not to this standard. Tthe staff fall over themselves to ensure your stay is enjoyable. They certainly made sure my cousins wedding was the experience of a lifetime!

We were travelling around ireland with 3 children under 10. Could not fault anything about this hotel, fantastic value for money, clean, really helpful staff......def would stay again. We paid same price for a B&B which was nowhere near as nice!

The company ethos which was so evident together with fantastic customer service delivery right through the staff was a breath of fresh air. Well done to all - you have reason to be proud of your achievements. Definitely a place to recommend to friends

I have stayed in many hotels worldwide on holiday and business, and Gullanes is at the top. Other hotels I have stayed in within a 50 mile radius (4/5 stars) could learn a lot from these guys. Immaculately clean and spotless rooms, fantastic friendly staff always smiling, and nothing is a problem to them - just ask and its done. My 76 year old mother also came to visit relations, and she said she felt like a "Queen".

I have to emphasise the quality of this hotel, the decor in the bar is superb and I applaud the designer! The staff were very friendly and very attentive, especially two girls who were very helpful and I tipped them well! But I must add that the residence bar was great!! After the nightclub was finished bout 50 people went into the bar and we drank until 8 that morning, even the gardai!!
