By the standard of usually excellent B&Bs in Ireland this place is old, tatty and felt more like a dss hostel. Avoid at all costs

Shopping at L.L. Bean Shopping at L.L. Bean is open 24/7 - need I say more????? AND everyone in the store is so very nice....at all hours!

Shops and dining Lots of shops grown up around LL Bean, which alone is worth the trip. Worth checking out LL Bean's discount warehouse too.Really good food in the bar at the Harraseeket Inn, just a short walk along the road from Brewster House.

Lots of Stores - Holy Smokes! There is so much shopping in Freeport! Not only big brand names, but quaint local stores with the quality work of local artist and crafts people. My favourite is a bead store called The Beadin' Path. My husband was an instant fan of L.L. Bean. Surprisingly it is open 24/7!
