Top Local Tips for Zakynthos

same price for a taxis anywhere in kalimaki the cost is the same 3 euro even just to the end of the road. I found this bad as am disabled and needed a taxi to get me to the main strip for restuarants, shops etc and then back to the hotel at the end of the night so each night cost me 6 euros before i even bought anything. I couldn't do anything during the day other than lie at the pool because it was to far to walk to the shops in the intense heat for me.

Rental cars HIre a car if you can afford it, the island is nice, but you will need one to see everything, otherwise you will be a bit restricted.
