We go back every year. It is a family run hotel you couldn't wish for a better family. We love them to bits. They have spent a lot of money on the hotel this year. Very posh, can't wait to go back.

Dont stay at this hotel if you can avoid it. We arrived to be asked if we wanted a room with air conditioning which we thought was standard, it wasn't. Then told it would be 60 euros extra. We decided against it as we didn't intend to be in the room other than to sleep. We were then given room 11 which on opening didn't look like it had been occupied for months and the floor was dirty with what looked like mouse pooh on it!!! The fridge was also filthy!!
After complaining they moved us to room 114. Again this was unacceptable with a dirty bathroom, a fridge that didn't work and damp walls with paint flaking off them. The bedding was also damp! And the constantly running toilet!! We were then moved to room 206. This was better although the fridge didnt work properly and the large collection of squashed wildlife on the doors and walls was quite interesting. It gave us something to look at as the tv didn't work!! When we complained about the tv we were told it would be fixed tommorrow,it never was.Oh and then we were told it was another 10 euros for the remote!
The staff in general were ok but the man in charge was very rude. My girlfriend asked for a an extra pillow and was shouted at and told he was too busy! After seeing this upset her eventually got her one which was very musty.
The pool area is nice although small. There is a bar which sells food. The standard isn't brilliant and you can eat better elsewhere for the same price.
We spent the rest of our days at the Alykanas Beach Aparthotel which is 3 minutes away and open to all. This hotel is fantastic with a great pool, lovely restaurant(good prices) and great staff. There is even an entertainments team which look after the children and have sports competetions for everyone else if you want to get involved. The pool is also by the beach which is great and ideal for all.
