Me and my friends stayed for a week at the end of August and after reading reviews on the internet we were really worried about our stay. However, I have to say after a week there we had the most fantastic time and the hotel really is the best in Laganas. Really friendly staff, amazing 20's reps, right on the strip so no long walks anywhere and a great pool - you couldn't get us off the floats which the hotel provided. 10/10 and we will definitely be going back next year.

The Ionis is without a doubt the best hotel I could have stayed in as an 18 year old looking for a fun filled holiday and a place to meet loads of people. The hotel is basically full of young people out to have a good time so it is not such a good location for families or couples, as it can get very noisy at night.
Although the Ionis is quite pricey it is definitely worth every penny, it is at the perfect location for access to both the beach and the restaurants and clubs of the main Laganas strip, and is also situated right next to a MacDonalds and Pizza Hut! The hotel itself has gorgeous clean rooms and a beautiful pool. Highly recommended!!

Best bits! Hire and boat and go snorkelling get an underwater camera the pics will be great! have a walk down the beach were there is a tiny pebble beach but the view is great! Good food!! do the water sports great fun! however if it is very choppy get the bus one boat got stuck out as they couldnt dock!!! but the coach nice and fully air con!
