Have just came back from Argassi , we stayed at the captains, I had been worrying for weeks because I saw that some of the comments weren’t as good about where we were going to stay well I can tell you now that anything bad you hear about Argassi or the captains IGNORE !!! its the most amazing place, the hotel was lovely really clean and the staff are very friendly the rooms are basic but they are very comfy and to be honest just what we wanted. You get clean towels and bed linen every day. The view from the 2nd floor is breath taking. You may of read about this steep hill you have to climb up to the hotel well I can tell you now it has been described wrong , I am so lazy and the thought of this steep hill put me off but its not bad at all .The food is lovely , you must go to the 24/7 snack bar the waffles are amazing :D there are loads of trips that you can go on I would advise you to go on as many as you can, the one to defo go on is the glass bottom boat that takes you to see the turtles . The only down side we had which I think you need to watch out for is a bar called " factory club" or something like that a tall black lad very nice but kinda pestered us every night to go in and it kinda annoyed us because you would think after the 3rd night of us saying no maybe he would of got the picture bearing in mind he recgonised us every night. Also if you pay to get a room for your last evening make sure its not on the ground floor as the rooms kinda smell a bit damp. The staff, the reps, the people the food the views the whole holiday was just amazing and we will defo be going back next year if not sooner.
