The air conditioning is centrally controlled, for some bizarre reason despite temperatures of 40 deg C plus some days the air conditioning was not made available in the evenings, for us this meant getting in from a day out and having no way to freshen up before going out for dinner because the room was unbearably hot, we hated returning there, we complained on arrival and to the First Choice rep but apparently the hotel thinks its air conditioning policy is generous, had we known beforehand of these limits imposed by the hotel we would never of gone there. The food was ok but repetitive, the pool surface was covered in airbeds and screaming kids most days. The entertainment was very poor. Sunbeds were limited, you would need to be up early or have your towel out the night before to get one, as most guests were all inclusive demand was high, luckily we stayed on a B & B basis and mostly stayed away from the place. The hotel itself is clean, modern, the staff are friendly, it's a pity the hotel is so poorly managed, we were extremely disappointed with our stay there.
