Vergos hotel looks splendid on the outside. The garden is good, has a pool with bar, a small private beach, a large parking. From outside is the best in Vourvourou.
From inside... the rooms are 2* (clasification on the door) though the hotel is 3*. All rooms the same. The room we got had new furniture, but the refrigerator did not work, the AC did not work, the room smelled bad, the bathroom very used up and not very clean.
Also there are wasp nests near hotel and if you eat on the balcony you get visited for sure. We stayed 2 days (1 night) until we found another place to spend our vacation.
The price for a double room is 60 eur/night/room in 1-15 September (middle season). We found out it was very high. In Sarti (wich is not a small village like Vourvourou but a true vacation resort) we paid 35 eur/ night at 3* room.
The beachs are small, if you drive by car you can find several in and near Vourvourou, some extremly beautiful.
I don't recommend it to anyone, except if you don't care too much for the room.
