Top Local Tips for Tinos

Tinos is a Local Experience I truly enjoyed Tinos. This island attracts many local people from all over Greece. Every evening in the summer, the main street along the port's waterfront is shutdown to traffic from 8pm to 1am. You see 2 and 3 generations of families walk arm-in-arm up and down the street. The town has strong matriarchal family values. Plus the island itself is a wonderful place to explore. I wish I had more time to explore the quiet harbors of the island.
