Absolutely Untrustworthy!!!

I made reservations in this hotel for three couples that were visiting from abroad. A day and a half before they arrive, the owner (Mr Mantzas) sent to me an SMS to tell me that he gave the rooms to someone else. He did not even have the decency to help me find other rooms, and he lied to me that he was trying to reach me by the phone. Needless to say, I spent to days frantically searching for rooms in a island packed from one side to the other. Absolutely unprofessional and untrustworthy.
