Transfer from airport If you are travelling independently please be prepared on Thassos when trying to get a Taxi, we were told that if you went to a local bar in Limenas (Thassos Town) and asked the owner to order you a taxi you will receive one much quicker. We waited 3 hrs in over 38 degrees and nearly got into an argument with other people waiting who were trying to queue jump. Not a very good start to what should be a relaxing holiday!!
