wefound the beltsios a lovely place to stay.Yiosa and Tony are fantastic people who cant do enough for you. The apartments are spotless the pool and bar area are a great place to meet new friends We are going there again next year.

Just returned from a week at the Beltsios apartments, had a great time. After reading the previous comments I can only say, the family were wonderful, and staff excellent. As far as the noise was concerned, if you get air con, you keep the windows closed and no noise can be heard - simple as that! You can't have everything, and you can't expect the bar to shut at 11pm can you? If so you should get a private villa - problem solved.

The hotel is very well positioned for a calming and secluded holiday. The rooms are well furnished and very clean. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel made this a wonderful holiday.
Rude and obnoxious owners

Initially we thought the Beltsios apartments were spacious, clean and well run. But by the second day we realised just how rude and obnoxious the owners were, especially the bar man. They were so bad they completely spoilt our holiday. The bar man played lively music until the early hours and blew on his whistle continuously just to add to the frustration. Not to be recommended.
Wont be going back!

The studios themselves are fine and the location is excellent. However, I found that the staff were overzealous in enforcing pool rules and were often rude. By the end of the week I was avoiding spending time around the pool area because of the attitude of the staff.

The room was clean andspacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Less than a 5 minute walk from Troulos Beach and within easy walking distance of bars and taverna's. Excellent value for money. Only drawnback is the pool bar which closes anytime up to 5am (more so in peak season). If you havea room opposite the pool thre noise may be a problem. Other than that I would throughly recommend

This was a fantastic Holiday. The apartments where very clean. The family of Baltsios are more the happy to make your holiday extra special and we will rzmain good friends with them for a long time.

My husband Peter myself and our 11 year old daughter enjoyed our 6th holiday at the Beltsios.
We were there the same time as Ross and numerous other families returning for another great holiday. The Beltsios family cannot do enough to help! We will be returning 2006.

The room was spacious, and kept in good order,having air con, all the facilities were modern, we were self catering, but food was available from the bar, the food was served quickly and was enjoyable, the bar staff was always welcoming and friendly and a mine of local information. We will be returning in 2006

My wife and I stayed at beltsios from 26th aug.-9th September 2005. Absolutely brilliant. From the first to the last minute we were made to feel very very welcome and nothing was too much for any of the family who run the premises. Bar was good - food good and everything very clean and relaxed. We stay in skiathos a great deal because we fell in love with place a few years ago. We did not think that we could have found such a great place to stay for families and mature couples as we did when we discovered beltsios. Superbly well run premises.

Top Local Tips for Skiathos
Skiathos Town An evening trip to the town is well worth a visit or two,if going by bus expect to be squashed in especially going home to your resort. Taxis also like to be full so you will likely share your journey home with complete strangers, don't expect a reduction in the fare.
The Windmill Restaurant Visit the Windmill for a romantic and delicious evening meal. By far the best in town. Turn up the side of the Hotel Christina and follow the signs. A steep climb up, but the views and the food are amazing. Book first, especially for Thursdays.
General tips of Skiathos Make sure you take good misquito repellent as Skiathos does have a few! Make sure your accommodation has aircon. Infinity Blue and the Magic Hotel restaurants are well worth a visit. And if it appeals to you hiring a boat is well worth it, Troulos bay offers half a day for 40 euros which was long enough and your free to go where you please. Bargain!
