Stay in town The night life is in town so rent a room there, drive to the beaches and walk out at night. So for those that like to drink they don't have to worry about driving. I rented a scooter for a week (I hate public transport) and it only took me 20 minutes to get to Koukounaries beach and I'm a slow driver. I also have a license so I know how to drive. Please people, if you don't know how to drive a scooter/motorobike/ATV/whatever don't rent one out! Do us all a favour and keep yourselves alive and others sharing the same street as you safe! Now, if you can take a car along, do. That way you can bring your own umbrella to the beach with you and save yourself 8 euros a day.
