The worst 5 stars hotel I've ever been. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. At first sight, you believe from the exteriors (pools, restaurant, spa, market etc) that is a fab hotel. We paid 230 euro/per night for a standard double room in the ground floor. We couldn't sleep from the intense smell of mold & humidity. The layer & the sheets were almost rained. The carpet was dirty. The room had the basic. Not even bathrobes. The internet connection was dial up. When we ask the front desk to change our room, they told us that we have to wait for the manager until the evening. The manager never appeared. The staff was almost unexperienced. They told us that the hotel has 5 restaurants, but only 2 were opened. The pool bars were empty...We went to spend 2 nights but we stay only 1. However we were obbliged to pay 2 nights because July was a "Super High Season"...
