Great hotel excellent location rooms basic but very clean, lovely pool with sun beds excellent seating area with front view of beach, friendly bar staff and nice choice of menu, would return again.

Great staff and a great hotel

the location of this typically Greek hotel is the best in Kamari it is smack in the middle of everything, I was apprehensive at first because of this but once you are in your room it was surprisingly quiet, but we didn't stay in our rooms very much because the hotels bar is fantastic!!!!! All the staff are polite and friendly from the beautiful receptionists Leonard + Francesca to the best bar staff in Greece Nick, Nickos + Katrina. Nick the bar manager will not let anybody leave the bar without them having a small drink with him "on the house" and the amount these people work is to their credit, after a heavy night one night we left the bar at 4 in the morning, others left at 6!! And Nick and Nickos were up again at 9 to work another full day all this with a smile and laughter!!!! The swimming pool is great as is the standard of accommodation not plush but nowhere is in Greece!! In my opinion this hotel should not be 2 star but because of the service the beautiful staff and the cleanliness I would rate this as a 5 star hotel. Thank you for making my holiday a pleasure. I WILL BE BACK!!!!!

Hotel's Cobra bar/cafe

I was in Kamari the day and night of Oct. 17, 2005, during low season. I found this delightful, friendly bar/cafe attached to Levante Beach Hotel for drinks during the evening. The service was impeccable. Nick, the Greek bartender, was very helpful and taught me a great deal about the Greek lifestyle in conversation. He takes care of his patrons and is well worth a nice tip, particularly since these guys go through every August with nearly all Greek patrons who I have learned are notoriously not good tippers. He'll also point you in the direction of the best Santorini wines offered at the Cobra bar. The Vin Santo red wine was delicious! The food was also excellent. Best tzatziki and best Ouzo I had in Greece during a two-week trip to Athens and Santorini.
