yes, great hotel and staff

We stayed in Hotel Oceanis in Greece, Rhodos last month. I must admit that the hotel facilities and staff were better that I could imagine. We did not have a room when we arrived at 5.00 am. Well, happens. I know how it works, as I also work in a hotel in central London and I deal with situation like that every day. So, I must say, the guy from late shift at the reception, did his work properly. He apologised, offered breakfast and drinks and later on we were upgraded to a seaview room. We were also offered a free taxi and transfer to another hotel if we did not want to wait. So, Mr from Reception, well done!!Spot on, we were very happy. The hotel facilities are fine, you can say it deserves 4 stars rating. Food very good,however breakfast a bit boring. I am not a big fan of english breakfast every day. Oh well, there were cereals too. Lunches and dinners very good! Animation team also very nice. Swimming pool clean, one guy was there all the time to check water temperature etc. Now drinks... the bar staff did their job properly. Drinks very strong, you can drink how much you want. Be careful with 1 barman (don't remember his name now - grey hair, middle age, always behind the lobby bar), he made my fiance drunk every night. and my men is 105 kg southafrican guy! well, again bar staff very nice. proper service, well done to you to!!! I must say, when I read opinions before coming to Oceanis I was not really sure if its a nice hotel,people can write really bed staff here. None of the negative opinions were true,I can fully recommend Oceanis Hotel for everyone! Thank you to everyone working in Oceanis, if I ever plan visiting Greece again, I will definitely stay with you!! Monika Lachman & Daniel Germishuys
