Not just to Paxos but on any trip, as my daughter suffered from an incredibly bad heat rash all over her stomach while on holiday. This proved to be very uncomfortable and in effect spolied her holiday as she couldn't go out in the sun without covering up, and this made her too hot and even more uncomfortable.
