I haven't been to Patmos for a while unfortunately, but having discovered The Diethnes in 1984, I stayed in this hotel regularly until my last visit to Patmos about 5 years ago. It was fairly basic but very clean and was located in a very quiet location a short walk from the port. However,the most wonderful thing about it was the owners. They were the most wonderful examples of Greek hospitality you could find. I loved it and always looked forward to returning there.
