I stayed here a few years ago. It was a lovely hotel, with lots of character, in a great location in the old town. The views from the terrace, where you can have breakfast, were breathting. The family owners were very friendly and helpful. I took 1 point off because it is quite a walk up hill from the harbour, but apart from that it's perfect.

If clean, convenient, cost efficient is what you're seeking, search no further. Close to the energy of Chora, but removed from the chaos, this simple yet adequate small hotel suits my needs perfectly. The management is helpful but not intrusive. The gardens are lovely...

Take a drive inland The best thing is to rent a car and just go drive around. It is just awesome. Naxos is a lot about the inland villages. Apirathos is quite nice with its marble street and the drive along the coast or up Mount Zeus is breath taking.
