The staff were rude, cleaning was of a poor standard and the drains often smelled.Some of the breakfast was stale. The staff were completely unhelpful when we complained. We wanted a relaxing holiday, but the Hotel Chronis proved to be a bit of a nightmare. Better to go elsewhere.
