Great Location
I stayed at the Hotel Pantheon before a morning flight out of greece. It is a nice hotel (recently renovated). The rooms were larger than most and the beds were actually queen size (as opposed to the double twins I saw every where else). The bathrooms are a bit small but there's room enough to do what you need and the shower is separated such that you don't drench the rest of the room when you use it.
Breakfast is decent with bread, ham, cheese and juices. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The best and worst thing about this hotel is that it's on the road to the airport. That means it's very convenient. Head north on the road in front of the hotel and after a few kilometers the road turns into an interstate and you'll soon see signs to the airport. It takes maybe 5-10 minutes to get to the airport.
