No wake up calls. No working phones. Owners struck a deal with the devil - namely some travel agencies, on the bases of which they offer 'breakfast' and/or 'dinner', otherwise known as war-time rations. NOTHING to drink with dinner! Gloomy, unhelpful and sometimes rude owners.
