We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Roseland's Hotel! We didn't expect much from a 3 star hotel but we had a wonderful time! Especially enjoyed our breakfast on the porch, the afternoon coffee by the pool and the friendliness of the staff!Beautiful rooms (especially for young people !),garden, pool and pool-bar area! Very elegant lobby ! In general a very stylish hotel!

Romantic and quiet

We had a great time! It was just what we needed for our honeymoon! Nice room with iron bed in romantic style, pool view, beautiful gardens and very friendly atmosphere! Although quiet,one has access easily tothe whole island (Kos town 15 minutes), beach beautiful and sandy about 7-8 minute walk! We recommend it!

dont bother staying on this hotel. price is very expensive, service below average and room not as supposed to be. generally a no-no hotel for Kos island. the area of marmari was great and looking forward going back on the island but not on the same hotel

It's very expensive related to the bad service that it offers. Rooms are very unconfortable and restaurant gives only one dish to choose. Don't rent motorbike or scooter with the agency sponsored by the hotel because you can find better price in other near agencies

Don't bother. It is the worst hotel and room. The worst service in my life. Very expensive too. I hope i will help some people from having the worst time in their life.
